過去數個月對本院來說是雀躍的日子，籌備多時的「使命領袖證書」已正式展開，約有八十 多人參加了兩次的「生命轉化的領袖」核心課程，更高興的是大部份人都回應得到幫助，更已有五位弟兄姊妹報讀整個證書課程，願他們都能實踐出一個轉化有使命的生命。 四月也是「使命領袖證書」中「團契小組」主修科的開始，本院董事劉傑文牧師將透過「如何活 化小組查經」課程幫助學員如何令小組查經不單是知識的增長，而是經歷神的同在。 如想知道本院最新消息，請瀏覽本院網站www.ontrackinstitute.com，或到Facebook頁 Like 我們。
如想在金錢上支持我們的事工，可按網站之金錢奉獻連結 之方法，謝謝大家。 我們感謝主給予我們機會服事海內外的眾教會和肢體，在過去兩個月感謝神: - 保守三月舉行的OnTrack使命領袖證書核心課程「生命轉化的領袖」於溫哥華頌恩堂順利舉行，並且約四十位的參加者能透過趙牧師在聖經、領導學及PFP的教導得到造 就。
- 保守二月份及三月份的「使命領袖成長」線上講座系列之「靈命建立與使命人生」及「靈命成長與身心靈需要的認知」都能分別順利舉行，特別是二月份之講座雖然連線上出 現問題，但靠著主的恩典同工都能一起克服，並能回應到參加者的問題。
- 帶領「教牧加油站 」的數次聚會，雖然參加的教牧不多，但感謝神使大家能坦誠地開 放自己，彼此分享，一起學習。
- 加力給院長趙錦德牧師，讓他雖然身體不適，仍能完成在香港及加拿大的多項事奉，特別是第三十屆，也是最後一屆的香港教會更新運動的堂主任訓練，畫上一個完美的 句號。
- 加力給副院長嚴國樑牧師，使他有能力兼顧堂會事奉，博士課程的進修，線上講座和使命領袖證書課程的籌劃及推廣。

我們祈求主: - 保守醫治院長趙錦德牧師的身體，讓醫生早日找出病因，並賜福他四月份在溫哥華、美國和香港的教學及帶領的聚會。
- 帶領「如何活化小組查經」課程的講師劉傑文牧師及各學員，求神透過當中的教學及 實踐，叫各學員能在將來把小組查經帶進更深的層次，祝福其他人。
- 帶領十三日的「靈命成長：防範試探和在試探中得勝」線上講座的講員嚴國樑牧師、主 持趙牧師及各參加者，願神透過各人的互動回應能幫助彼此更能有力面對試探。也幫助網絡上不會出現問題。
- 與參加「教牧加油站 」的數位大溫教牧同在，讓他們在餘下的課堂更能透過PFP的分析 ，幫助他們更有力帶領教會。
- 帶領各參加了「生命轉化的領袖」的學員，求神幫助他們把學到的應用在自己的轉化中，生命更為神而活。更為三月份各打算呈交功課的參加者，願他們在做功課的同時， 能從中得到啟發及領受。

It was very exciting for OnTrack in the last few months, the long-awaited " Certificate of Missional Leadership" Progam has been launched. There were around eighty participants at the 2 "Transformational Leadership" courses. Most of them have responded with positive comments and 5 of them have already enrolled in the Certificate Program. We hope that they will all live a transformed missional life. April also marks the start of the "Fellowship/Small Group" major of our program, our director Rev. Abraham Lau will lead the particpants of "How to Revitalize Small Group Bible Study" to make Bible study not only a growth in knowledge, but also an experience of God's presence. We thank God in the past 2 months for: - Leading the "Transformational Leadership" course in Vancouver MB Church that the forty participants were built up through Rev. Chiu's teachings in Bible, leadeship and PFP.
- Helping the 2 webinars in Feb. and Mar. to take place successfully, despite the technical problems in February. His grace is enough for us to overcome the problem and respond to particpants' questions.
- Leading the first few meetings in "Fueling Station for Pastors". Althogh not many pastors are participating, pastors were willing to open themselves to share and learn together.
- Empoweing our president Rev. David Chiu to finish his several ministries in Canada and HK, despite his physical problems. The highlight was the 30th and last "Senior Pastor Training" organized by HK Church Renewal Movement, which marked the successful ending of the series.
- Empowering our vice-prsident Rev. Enoch Yim that he had power to handle his church ministry and doctoral studies, as well as webinar presentation and Missional Leadership Certificate program direction.
| We pray to God for: - Strengthening Rev. Chiu's health and helping doctors to find the correct diagnosis. Moreover, may God bless his April teachings in Vancouver, US and HK.
- Leading Rev. Lau and the students of "How to Revitalize Small Group Bible Study" Course so that through the teachings and applications, they can bring Small Group Bible Study to a deeper level and bless others.
- Leading speaker (Rev. Yim), host (Rev. Chiu) and participants of the webinar "Spiritual Growth: Preventing and Overcoming Temptations". May God empower everyone in facing temptation through their interaction, and help preventing from network troubles.
- Empowering the pastors who joins "Fueling Station for Pastors" through the coming meetings, so they can be better equipped to lead their churches.
- Leading those participants in "Transformational Leadership" in applying what they have learnt in their own transformation, living for God according to His plan for them. In additional, pray for those who are working on their assignments so they can learn and be inspired through the process.
