OLI [OnTrack Institute of Christian Leadership (Canada)]成立於 2002 年，為一非牟利基督教機構，在加拿大政府註冊． OLI 篤信三一真神，持守聖經真理，按照神話語的屬靈原則服侍教會、教牧及信徒領袖． OLI 與國際自然教會發展 (Natural Church Development International), 香港教會更新運動、Coach Net International及 OnTrack Ministry 等機構有密切的關係，也是 OLI 事工的夥伴． OLI 的同工 過去數年曾在加拿大及世界各地主領許多講座及訓練班，當中包括加拿大華人宣道會聯會 及宣道會香港區聯會的 「自然教會發展」教練訓練課程； 香港宣道會、浸信會聯會和播道會等宗派 教牧會議上 主講「建立健康教會」 。還有近期的 「小堂不弱」中小型堂會牧養研討會；澳紐華福會議主領工作坊；馬來西亞浸信會神學院講授「生命轉化的領袖」；中華基督教會香港區會「自然教會發展」訓練課程；教牧領袖中心「變革式領導力」 堂主任訓練課程；「策略式領導」教牧長執研習坊等． 價值﹕委身與別人的成功。 異象﹕幫助屬靈領袖成就使命、催化地方堂會健康倍增。 使命宣言: - 鼓勵 (To Encourage)

The STATEMENT OF FAITH for the OnTrack Leadership Institute is as following: - We believe the Holy Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, is the inspired Word of God, the complete revelation of His will for the salvation of human race, and the Divine and final ultimate authority for all Christian faith and life.
- We believe in the one, true and living God, eternally existing in three persons -- Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
- We believe in God the Father, the Creator, Ruler and Sustainer of heaven and earth and everything therein.
- We believe in God the Son, Jesus Christ, true God and true man¸ conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He died on the cross and shed His blood as atonement for the sins of men, and was raised bodily from the dead. He ascended into heaven, where at the right hand of the Majesty on High, He now is our High Priest and Advocate. We believe in His imminent return according to His promise.
- We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Third Person of the Godhead, who is of onesubstance, equal in power, and co-existent with the Father and the Son. His ministry is to convict men, regenerate the believing sinners, and to indwell, guide, instruct and empower the believers for godly living and service.
- We believe that man was created in the image and the likeness of God, but in Adam all men have fallen into sin, and as sinners men are in need of God's salvation.
- We believe that penitent sinners are regenerated solely by God's grace and justified through faith in Jesus Christ.
- We believe that there shall be a bodily resurrection of the just to eternal life, and of the unjust to eternal punishment.
- We believe that the church is one body, consisting of those regenerated by the Spirit of God and of which Christ is the Head, expressing itself in worship, fellowship, evangelism and service.
院長(義務)： 嚴國樑牧師 Rev. Enoch Yim (B.Th, M.C.M, M.Div, M.P.M, Dip. in Leadership, M.T.S in O.T, Postgrad Dip. in Spiritual Direction, Psy. D, D.Min )  嚴國樑牧師於1986年信主，並在母會宣道會愛民堂中成長和學習事奉。隨後，於1990年蒙召並進入香港神學院修讀神學，1994年獲神學學士學位，隨即於1994年8月加入香港烙恩浸信會任傳道，同時，亦不斷進修神學，先後獲中華神學院教牧學碩士(1998)、信義宗神學院道學碩士(2000)。 嚴牧師於1999年回應神的引領而辭退烙恩浸信會傳道一職，而在2000年移居溫哥華，並在溫哥華牧會及進修。嚴牧師在2000年加入溫哥華本立比頌恩堂事奉，於2006年被按立為牧師，並任中文牧師一職，由2015年起開始接任該堂主任牧師一職至今。 嚴牧師在加拿大牧會期間也不斷地進修，於2006年獲克里威廉神學院(Carey)教牧學碩士(主修北美華人教會事工)及OnTrack領袖培訓學院/Carey神學院的教會領袖文憑，於2015年分別獲得漢語網絡神學院(C.O.S.T)神學研究碩士(主修舊約研究)及基督教靜觀靈修學會的靈修指導高級文憑。另外，於2016年獲克里威廉神學院(Carey)教牧學博士(主修教會領導及屬靈導引)及美國高等神學研究協會(Graduate Theological Foundation)之心理學博士(主修宗教經驗研究)。 嚴牧師曾任香港萬國宣道浸信會聯會(ABWE)委員會委員(1995-1998)、明愛醫院院牧事工委員會主席(1996-1998)、中國神學研究院溫哥華事工委員會成員(2002-2004)、跨越青年事工董事會成員(2007-2011)、OnTrack領袖培訓學院董事會主席(2011-2013)、門諾弟兄會華聯會(MBCCA)副主席(2013-2014)、OnTrack領袖培訓學院副院長(義務)(2014-2019)。 除擔任本院院長(義務)外,嚴牧師還任門諾弟兄會華聯會副主席、靈根自植國際網絡顧問、建道神學院特約講師、漢語網絡神學院專任講師、加拿大華人神學院客座講師、克里威廉（Carey）神學院客座教授及華人學生（靈命塑造）生命導師、靈修導師等. 嚴牧師的太太Winnie Chik為專業輔導員，兩人除曾經育有兩隻貓兒，名叫Nosey 及 Naughty外，現還有養育另外兩隻貓兒，分別名為Mr. Nice和 Noisy 。 方展啟牧師 （主席） Rev.
