主內平安！多謝大家在禱告及支持。OnTrack 過去一月在收入上有不敷，我們仍需要您們奉獻支持和代禱。在此感謝各位的愛心奉獻。 我們感謝主容讓我們能夠服事海內外的眾教會和肢體，並且能在教會以外的場合 (教育界) 來影響人，演譯出使命教會的特質。例如在過去兩個月: - 幫助兩間教會 (循理會青田堂和信義會永恩堂) 透過 ACTS 進程來尋找堂會未來五年方向。 明年已有三間教會報名參加 ACTS 2016: 土瓜灣浸 信會, 中華基督教會大埔堂和大圍教會。
- 總共會訓練香港 60 間中學的老師去幫助畢業生如何尋找人生目標和作生涯規劃的培訓。
- 一連四次由麥漢勳牧師主講的線上講座系列 — 「你是一個難相處的好人」亦已經順利完成。
使人興奮的消息：
為了服事大溫區及海外的信徒和領袖，本院同工正在積極籌備以下各項活動來配合目標：
- 「OnTrack 使命領袖證書課程」- 此課程特為本地 (Vancouver) 信徒而設，針對前線事奉人 員的實用課程。主要為領袖加力，使他們能夠更有效事奉。該課程由本院副院長嚴國樑牧師統籌和帶領。
- 同工們正積極錄製兩系列新的線上講座 (Webinars)
- 「新 雲端上的領導」由院長趙牧師負責。
- 使命領袖成長系列: 持續不斷的靈命成長由副院長嚴牧師負責。
- 「教牧加油站」: 一個專門為支援教牧而設的系列，由院長趙牧師負責。
- “TimothyTalks®”: 正在積極籌備，預備在來年推出。其理念參照流行的 TedTalks. 目的是讓教內更多高質素，與堂會發展有關的創新觀念之講員和其信息能透過互聯綱來分享，促進交流和學習。
| 代禱項目: - 為院長趙牧師本月的教學和在香港的事奉及11月中的進修課程。
- 為副院長嚴牧師的堂會事奉，博士課程的進修，線上講座的預備和使命領袖證書課程的籌劃和推廣。
- OnTrack 各同工的事奉和身心靈的需要。
- 11月5日的董事會。
- 12月初舉行「線上講座」的新系列。

Dear OnTrack Prayer Partners
Peace be with you! Thank you for all your prayers and financial supports! Last month, OnTrack experienced a deficit and we your continuous supports will be much appreciated. OnTrack is blessed with the opportunities to serve globally, both within and without the Chinese churches, including the realm of public education in Hong Kong, a concrete expression of the “missional church”. In the past 2 months, for example: - Through ACTS (Acquired Congregational Transformation Seminar, a Hong Kong (HKG) based program) we have helped two churches (Greenfield Free Methodist Church and Eternal Grace Lutheran Church) to seek for their 5-year plan. Three new churches have already signed up for ACTS 2016 (Tokwawan Baptist Church, The Church of Christ in China Tai Po Church and The Gospel Church in Tai Wai).
- Provided trainings for teachers of 60 public schools in HKG in the area of helping high school graduates to do life planning education and finding life goals.
- Completed the series of webinars on “Relating to Difficult Good People” by Rev Mak Hon Fun.
Exciting News:
OnTrack team is planning to launch the following events and programs in the coming months to serve global churches:
- “Certificate of Missional Leadership” (Vancouver based). The goal is to offer practical trainings to empower front-line leaders to serve more effectively. Rev. Enoch Yim, OnTrack’s vice-president, is the director of the program.
- Two new series of webinars are in production:
- “NEW Leading in the Cloud” by Rev David Chiu
- Missional Leaders series – “Sustainable Spiritual Growth” by Rev Enoch Yim
- “Pastors Refuel Station” – a series of 12 sessions for pastoral personal & development. Coach: Rev David Chiu
- “TimothyTalks®” is in the planning stage. It is a online platform to foster a mutual sharing-learning opportunity within the Chinese church. Quality young, talented and innovative church leaders will have a chance to share their insights and thoughts on church development issues. The concept is modeled after the popular TedTalks®.
